Sindh Cabinet Approves Paperless Stamp Duty and Digital Property Registration

The Government of Sindh has approved plans for a fully paperless stamp duty system and digital property registration — allowing citizens to buy and sell property online from anywhere, including overseas.

SITC will lead the technical implementation, building on its existing e-Stamp and e-Registration infrastructure. The integrated system is expected to be operational within the next fiscal year.
