SITC Completes e-Stamp Takeover, Collects Rs 12.8 Billion in Five Months

In just five months since SITC assumed operations of the e-Stamping platform, more than 730,000 challans have been processed and Rs 12.8 billion collected — transparently and efficiently, without a single rupee lost to paper fraud.

The transformation marks a historic shift in how Sindh collects stamp duty revenue. Every challan is now digitally generated, QR-verified, and auditable in real time.

"This is what digital government looks like — faster for citizens, more transparent for the state, and more revenue for the province," said SITC CEO Zainulabedin Shah.
